During assessments, our system collects telemetry data and optionally webcam snapshots exclusively for automated proctoring verification to ensure academic integrity.

Your data is used strictly to provide the educational platform services. Specifically, we use your information to:

• Manage your student account and track module progress.
• Process and record your assessment results and examination scores.
• Generate securely verifiable, cryptographic certificates upon successful completion.
• Prevent fraud or academic misconduct during online examinations.

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS/SSL) for all data in transit and AES encryption for data at rest. Regarding proctoring: any camera snapshots captured during examinations are strictly confidential, used solely for automated identity verification algorithms, and are routinely purged from our servers following assessment review.
